Tips & Tricks
- You can watch Netflix for free by clicking the NETFLIX button on the TV.
- No smoking or drugs in the apartment, building or garden. Better in a park, street or coffeeshop.
- When the trash bin is full, you can leave the bag outside on the terrace.
- No more people allowed in the property than the amount of guests you booked.
- No parties and/or loud music allowed inside the apartment.
- No pets allowed inside the apartment.
- Please respect my house and neighbors.
- You can water the real plants, the big ones need a small cup per day (100 ml).
- Leave the house in equal state or better than you found it.

- The terrace door is opened more easily by pushing a foot against the left door, lifting the handle and pulling the right door.
- You can find a stick to open the living room windows behind the curtain.
- You can find the parasol behind the curtain as well. Please only put it in the garden when using it outside, all other times please return behind the curtain, including over night.
- Fire: there is a fire blanket and fire extinguisher and in the kitchen ceiling a smoke/CO alarm. When the alarm goes off due to cooking or other non-emergency, you can stop the alarm by standing on a chair and pressing the center button. Please familiarize yourself with the fire blanket and foam extinguisher.
